Q:How far out should I start shopping for my wedding gown?

A: 9 months! Allow 6 months for shipment and 2 months for alterations. If the dress is customized, the shipment may take up to 7 months.

Q: How do I request an appointment?

Q: How do I request a specific style?

A: Call or E-mail style request at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Q: How many guests can I bring to my bridal appointment?

A: 4 maximum.

Q: After I order my gown, how do I check the status?

A: Your dress is estimated to arrive 6 months after the date of sale, unless the dress is custom- then allow 7 months for shipment. The consultant working with you will give you the ETA of your gown.

| Bridesmaids + MOB |

Q: How far out should I start shopping for my bridesmaids or MOB gown?

A: 5 months! Allow 4 months for shipment and 1 month for alterations.

Q: Are there any consultation fees?

A:  For bridesmaids and mother of the bride gowns, there is a $50  fee to try on dresses and have your measurements taken. If a dress is purchased, the $50 will be deducted from the overall price of the dress. There is a $15 fee for measurements only.

Q: How many bridesmaids can come to a consultation appointment?

A: If you are bringing more than (4) bridesmaids, please let us know ahead of time so we can accomodate you and your bridesmaids the best possible way.

Q: What days are bridesmaids and MOB appointments available?

A: Tuesday-Friday. Weekends: Sunday only.

| Alterations + Fittings |

Q: What do I need to bring to my alterations/fitting appointment?

A: Bring any undergarments and shoes that you will be wearing with your dress!

Q: When can I schedule alterations/fittings?

A: You can schedule these appointments Tuesday- Friday. Hours available may vary.

Q: Do I have to schedule an appointment for pick-ups?

A: Yes. Please give us 24 hours notice before you pick up your gown.
